Can not get enough of Ben Howard these days his first album was fantastic but his new album - 'Old Pine' makes my insides twist and my head spin, its pure and heart warming and takes me straight back to golden embers on a beach fire with laughter chatter and glowing faces of loved ones, this will be playing on many of my road trips and sunny sat evenings for sure.

Swedish Hasbeens were the shoe to be seen in at any disco in the 1970's, There making a big come back this summer, I can't wait to get my toes into a pair, my mum had exactly the same ones shown above, wish she kept them, I'm definitely going to keep mine.

Fig 43 I CAN SEE A RAINBOW

I can see a rainbow - I have yet to find the treasure at the end of one but have found many a rainbow which gives me the same joy as a real one -see my three examples above - shower curtain from Anthropologie, tights from Olive Shoppe and a sunset melty image by my favorite photographer Mark Borthwick. I love the colours - how they melt into one another like warm butter or like watching a piece of litmus paper change colour in chemistry lessons.
